We're coming up on one year since quarantine started, and while it's easy to get wrapped up in those "ugh" feelings that we are still under restrictions, I am choosing to keep the silver linings at the front of my mind with my long-term goals.
I'm giving myself some grace (we're still in a pandemic, friends), but I generally make better-for-you choices in a pinch and wanted to share some of them with you!
🛒🥗 𝐓𝐫𝐲 𝐀 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩. You don't have to dedicate a day or even hours to this, but be mindful in prepping for the week ahead. What groceries are you buying? Can you prep and chop fruit and veggies for easy access? Are you setting yourself up for healthy recipes or an easy mix-and-match strategy with plenty of fresh food and produce on hand?
