— a autora narra o primeiro caso baseando-se em fofocas, em “rumores”, ao passo que ela mesma diz não haver nenhuma provar concreta que incrimine a Condessa Sangrent4. Achei isso nem um pouco profissional (inclusive marquei todas essas passagens, pra não dizer que eu to inventando - assim que der eu posto nos stories).
— ela deixa os casos de assassina4s MAIS interessantes para resumir nas páginas extras finais (?) juro, eu devorei essas páginas extras mais do que resto do o livro inteiro
— a autora resolveu ignorar, pelo menos na maioria dos casos, relatar uma das partes mais cruciais da vida do ser humano: a infância. não como se eu tivesse esperando um relato super detalhado, ninguém disse isso. era apenas algo do tipo ”aconteceu isso, isso e isso” levaria no mínimo meia página e no maaáximo estourando uma página. juntando todas esses pontos me soou bastante como se tori tivesse feito um trabalho incompleto e bastante tendencioso em certos casos.

— a narrativa é muito fluida, você pode facilmente devorar ele e nem percebe
— a narrativa da tori é muito acessível
— a proposta de trazer apenas assissin4s mulheres é inédita pra mim, foi bastante interessante ver a vida delas (o máximo que a autora deixou né hahah)
— isso de a maioria das histórias serem similares (aquilo de ser sempre arsênico, sempre maridos) é um ponto que por um lado pode deixar menos interessante, mas por outro lado pode te levar a questionar a diferença entre as motivações femininas x motivações masculinas para serem o “mesmo tipo de pessoa”. confesso que ainda estou pensando nisso até agora.

p.s.: recomendo o livro viu, das que eu vi que leram o livro eu pareço ter sido a única q me incomodou c/ aqls coisas, então a chance de vc se incomodar deve ser mínima também😂
