This weekend my daughter and I participated in National HIV Testing Day.
Through Shiloh’s Brotherhood/Sisterhood Ministry outreach efforts, we know that our homeless brothers and sisters are at greater risk to contracting HIV/AIDS. It is my hope that increased HIV testing will result in early detection and treatment, and longer life for our homeless citizens. #gettessted #knowyourstatus

It is HIGHLY important that we not only work within the judicial system to fix truancy, but that the community and those involved in education input their questions and experiences into the conversation.
