Lion Dates Banana Prathaman
In a mixer just grind 10-15 dates and 2-3 banana make a paste. In a pan add ghee and in that add dates Banana paste stir well... When ghee oozes from the pan add milk and cook the paste well till it comes in a thick consistancy. In that add 1/2 cup Jaggery syrup cook well, in this time add cardamom powder also stir well 1-2mins. Now Dates Jaggery Pradhaman is ready to serve hot...finally for seasoning, in ghee add cashews and chopped coconut serve hot..
Note - we can use Nendrappazham also instead of small pazham to taste better...I used normal milk and boiled it with milk... Another option that we just boil with water and last add coconut milk. If we cooked with coconut milk, it really enhances the taste (if add coconut milk only last just before serve and just a lite boil)
