Rabri is a sweet, condensed-milk-based dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made by boiling milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its colour to off-white or pale yellow. Jaggery, spices, and nuts are added to it to give it flavor. It is chilled and served as dessert

Take 1 ltr of milk ,boil it on low flame.
Reduce to thick consistency.
For more flavour add cinnamon powder, pinch of nutmeg powder , cardamom powder,kesar and sugar to taste.
Garnish with chopped pistachio ,almond Serve chilled.

In one episode of Masterchef season 5, he made a beautiful dish with ghevar and.. After years it still mesmerizes me (I've dreams of it 🥺) ❤️ I can't even think to recreate that 🥺 hopefully someday I'll 🥺
But for now, I tried some weird combo and somehow the outcome was awesome for me 👀
1. There are 3 ghevars in it.
2. At the base, there's a bed of salted roasted nut crumbles Sugar-cutter (learnt from Amul nushka) 🙈
3. Then there's a ghevar and on top of that, I had kesar rabdi.
4. Then there's one more ghevar, and a layer of pie made from pulp of toddy palm, grated coconut and milk
5. And the last ghevar, on top of that, chocolate scoop with sugar syrup!!
6. Still figuring out how to present dishes in an aestathic way but failing awfully 🙃 someday I'll figure out this as well ❤️
But after all, atleast I've got the ghevars correctly 🌻

• Take 300 ml of milk
• Add 5 tea spoon of sugar
• Add milk powder and ice
• Add kesar
• Add @ossoroflavours rabdi flavour
• Blend and transfer in a Mason glass
• Garnish with Cashew, Tutti-frutti, Raisins and Kesar
