This is the actual location of where they had their last meal.
This car is obviously a replica but most certainly a beauty!.
The Bonnie & Clyde Ambush Museum was a very Interesting place full of pictures, stories, actual weapons and staged settings from that era.
A very charged building to say the least!.
Highly recommend sitting in the theatre part to watch the video full of actual clips from that time.

A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO SQUATS!.
The Belt transfers the load from the spine to the hips/quads/hams/core and still carries over in results as if you regular squat.
Obviously with the grip/handles available, you can self spot for a much larger amount than Free Bar squatting; Up to double for some, but again, the results are similar as well as the muscles used. A bit safer/healthier for longevity as well!.
I highly recommend trying this exercise out regardless of your physical abilities or limitations.

The satisfaction of almost dying, but not actually dying after leg day. ๐ My favorite.
Trained on the neubie today and it crushed me ๐คค. I love the pain lol. I like to enhance my training with the neubie, not replace my regular training, so Iโll do a leg day with, and a leg day without, every week. The cool thing is, after training even just once with the neubie, your mind - muscle connection will be next level. So when you train without it, youโre connecting better to even the most specific small muscles & making your workouts more effective. Pretty dope. Try it if you get the opportunity!
Also wanted to mention my progress updateโฆAt the peak of my health & hormone issues, I would train 2 days & my body would hurt & ache so bad, Iโd have to take a rest day. Iโd stay store for 4-5 days. It was miserableโฆ.
Last week I trained 6 times๐ lol, and HARD (first time training that often in this hormone & health recovery journey) and today I felt refreshed, amazing, and ready to go for leg day.
