It wasn't a social media vacation you guys, it was a bit of a rocky journey through my dark side, my high highs, and minutiae that I somehow created for myself.
Last week a conversation with a shaman friend snapped me back in onto the path.
Ehat you said was... "Don't you think it's time your message was heard?"
And I was like what?
And she's like "Yeah, you're the epitome of an encyclopedia of #Occult & #Esoteric knowledge & wisdom, and you've yet to share what you've accumulated, don't you think it's time you shared?"
Okay so I was like What? (Scooby-Doo sound)
Oh, I thought I was sharing but apparently I share more when I'm speaking with someone or when I'm face-to-face.
The depths of the message comes through whereas with the written word I self censor. So I'm back and I've a lot of interesting ideas about some things that I'm going to put out there, and I'd love it if you guys join me on this journey.
Because The journey needs to be shared.

My teacher, who is in the lineage of William Gray, taught a well-balanced approach to working with the Tree of Life. At least a decade in, I knew there were certain aspects of the teachings that did not resonate with me in ways that were traditional. Over the last two decades I have been working on my own system based on the #treeoflife but incorporating my own personal mythology. This is not work I would have approached at all without a lot of prior work with the traditional system. Because #qabalah is such a complex subject it is best to start with a traditional system. Once that framework is integrated then you can start tweaking it based on your own spiritual predispositions, spiritual experiences and chosen path.

The order of the Elements from Kether to Malkuth makes more sense to me, and is similar to the #aoda teachings on their hierarchy, although I use that term loosely. I imagine this version might resonate with any #druid familiar with #qabala

I did not know till well after I had been working on my own version that William Gray had also done similar work. His system already differed from the #hogd system and that it placed #michael at Tiphareth and #raphael at Hod which is more in alignment with traditional Hebrew.
