First thing I had made my mind up to do, was to get this seasoned with the @angusandoink and @unclebeefltd collaborative effort “BRAAI SEASONING” and then get a fire going.
I made a bed of Kameeldoring from @braaiwooduk and once that had settled down, the Picanha was put on. Sweet Peppers were placed in the ashes to cook and Corn was placed over 2 bits of Kameeldoring so that they could cook through, thoroughly enjoyed this tonight, served up with some Olive Bread buttered with @sublimebutter “Chimichurri” and this was pure heaven.
If you are yet to try Picanha then get it on the list, tender, great flavour and requires only a little seasoning …. Go for it.

Did somebody say Teriyaki Chicken Pops? Had some picky eaters tonight and couldn't think of a more fun way to entice the appetite!

One thing for it...bbq.
Started off with some chicken wings rubbed with #apple rub and #chicken rub from @heathrilesbbq Tossed in a couple of @sosij_uk #koreanbbq sausages with them and let them roll on the rotisserie in the #Hamrforge #oldironsides , indirect heat.
Rubbed some chicken thights with @bbqpitboys #poultryrub and finally chucked a @aldiuk #tomahawk on and reverse seared it.
Seared it off with one of my faves of @angusandoink #lemonpepper rub.
Served with my homemade buns from @djbbq and some green stuff.
Done.
Washed down with 2 paracetamol 🤣🤣.

The Old Ironsides took these chickens under it's wing and produced the finest smoke I've had on a chicken.
