1987 delivered this little bundle of joy in the form of “Three men and a Baby” The film was the biggest American box office hit of that year, surpassing Fatal Attraction and eventually grossing $167 million in the United States and Canada and $240 million worldwide. The film won the 1988 People's Choice Award for Favorite Comedy Motion Picture.

Three bachelor friends - architect Peter, artist Michael, and actor Jack are sharing an apartment in Manhattan. After Jack goes filming in Turkey his two flatmates find his baby daughter - which Jack doesn't know about - left outside their door. The two are left to look after the baby, and realise how difficult this can be. How would this baby change the life style of these confirmed bachelors?

When Jack's mother comes to visit Mary (Lisa Blair), you can see in the background what appeared to be a little boy standing in a doorway. There is a rumor that this is the ghost of a little boy who died in the apartment in which the film was shot. This rumor is false, as the interiors were all shot on a soundstage in a movie studio. The "ghost" is actually a cardboard cut-out of Jack wearing a tuxedo. This prop appeared later in the movie, when Mary's mother comes to collect her.

On his February 6, 2017 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (2014), Tom Selleck admitted that the baby he was holding in the movie poster photo actually peed on him.

A contralto, she started her career as the lead singer in the group Miami Latin Boys, which later became known as Miami Sound Machine. She experienced worldwide success with "Conga" in 1985; this became Estefan's signature song and led to the Miami Sound Machine winning the grand prix in the 15th annual Tokyo Music Festival in 1986. In the middle of 1988, she and the band got their first number-one hit with the song "Anything for You". She is considered the Latin artist who broke down the barriers of Latin music in the international market and opened the doors to several latin artists such as Shakira, Jlo, Ricky Martin, Selena and more.
