Yesterday I treated myself to a 'better' hotel with a bathtub, and reflections of palmtrees on my bed! The first bath in a year. Well I am about to tell you that getting rid of chemical based shampoos, conditioners and other hair products was the best decision ever.

My hair is a bit wavy at the edges and fine on the top and it tends to get greasy fast. A few yeas back, I was in this annoying cycle where I shampooed every other day, and immediately after shampooing, my hair would be frizzy and static-y, and then it went straight to being limp and greasy.

Before I moved to a natural living lifestyle I remember walking down the aisles of supermarkets trying to match my hair to the most gentle product with the least chemicals. I must confess that they were hard to come by.
